Cleaning for the floor in your building
We scrub compatible hard floors to remove surface soil. The floor material and existing finish determine which cleaning products and methods are suitable.
Periodic finish maintenance
For compatible VCT or resilient flooring, we remove worn finish before applying a new finish. Polishing, burnishing, and recoating are separate treatments chosen for the existing surface.
Routine care between floor projects
Sweeping and damp mopping maintain hard flooring between periodic treatments. Carpeted sections have a separate cleaning process through our commercial carpet service.

Is stripping and waxing suitable for every hard floor?
No. Stripping and waxing is for compatible resilient or VCT flooring with a finish that supports the process.
How do scrubbing and burnishing differ?
Scrubbing removes soil from the floor surface. Burnishing is a separate maintenance process for compatible floor finishes.
Do you polish concrete floors?
No. Commercial concrete floor scrubbing is available; concrete polishing is not offered.
